Well folks, it looks like in my un-official poll it's about one vote FOR more protest photos, and one vote AGAINST more protest photos. So I flipped a coin, and tails-it-is. Here's four more...

love that last pic!
sorry we didnt run into each other...
Hi Plug1,
Yeah Plug1, I'm looking forward to seeing what's behind that big yellow smiley-face you always seem to be wearing... I'll be sure to bring my own big yellow smiley-face if our paths ever do cross...
Now, that could be an idea for SF -- a smiley-face parade, or maybe a smiley-face day...
You guys are too much.
I'm not wearing a yellow smiley face.
I do like your protest photos though.
The television coverage is never personal, only political.

Donald, are my comments showing up? I keep getting this weird e-mail failure notification .

I just had to laugh at the "Free ToBet" sign- I can't quite decide if he's trying to make fun of "Free Tibet" or if he figures so long as people are making a fuss about something he might as well join in about his issue.
I agree with Troy- your last few days of protest photos- focusing on one person at a time instead of the masses- make it more personal than what you see on the news.
Hi Troy (Texas Travellers),
Yes, your comments seem to be showing up here.
I am going to send you a note about big prints -- mayby you have an idea of a way to go.
Best regards, Don and Kitty
Love the last shot!! And great thread yesterday in the commenting section, by the way!
I really like the selective shots of words or people. You captured the essence of the day.
That last shot is too much...
Thanks to all for your comments...
And I like that last shot too... That guy was drawing quite a crowd -- he said one lady had already poked him with the end of her picket telling him he didn't know how to spell... I met more than my fair share of wierdo's that day -- including the Famous Frank Chu who walks around with his indecypherable sign five days a week protesting a cause only he can explain fully... He is my current San Francisco hero -- I'll have to post a photo of him some day... --But in the mean time, go to the Wikipedia and look up "Frank Chu"... Better fasten your seat belts first...
Glad you mentioned Frank Chu! I was going to ask you if you saw him there. Frank never misses a protest or a San Francisco event, and when there isn't one going on, he marches by himself.
I ran into him outside the Apple store when they were selling iPhones for the first time, if you can believe that!
Honestly, I sometimes wonder if he's getting worse. When I first "met" him, he only had a handful of galaxies on his sign and now the number is exponentially higher. I'm not actually worried about the galaxies (should I?) but I wonder if his mental health is deteriorating. Hope not.
