"Deadly Doyle Drive" has seen its last car crash. It is coming down soon. Another parallel elevated roadway (Phase Two) where this old structure now stands still needs to be built when funds become available. The second roadway will cost a butt-load of money because TARP funds used to help finance Phase One have already been spent.
