Nicasio - a place where spiders dwell

Oh, I suppose it's a job for Jimmy Olsen, but if I was a better reporter I would have an explanation of who or what "Nicasio" is or was.

For the time being, lets just go with "The Land of the Spiders", although I would probably expect that "Nicasio" was the name of an Indian chief or maybe a Spanish land owner in former days.
