Time flies... and 10 years ago I was busy documenting the daily doings of Kitty. Click on image to bring up a page with the Flash example in motion.

Well, its been almost two years now without Kitty--she had a long and happy life. But you see, Kitty was a hunter--she shortened the lives of a plethora of birds, mice, and the occasional lizard.

Kitty's favorite spot to hunt was at the base of a low retaining wall where she could quickly spring up and catch some unsuspecting sparrow or scrub jay should they be so unfortunate as to land within her striking range.

Kitty finally stopped hunting in her later years, but before then, more times than I would like to remember, if I wasn't looking--Kitty would bring her kills into my bathroom and make a bloody mess out of the poor unfortunate, strewing feathers e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e in the process.

Did she offer to share any of her catch? Just curious.
