I may have just lost track of time, but it seems as if we went from green hills to brown hills rather quickly this year...

Has it been lack of rain?

Here in Florida, this is the first year in 9, that, in Brevard county, east-central Atlantic coast that we've had a normal amount of rain. We've had varying degrees of drought and forest fires for so many years now, that this year's rain has made

Good ol' blogger...

Anyway, what I was trying to say was that out piece of Florida is much greener and more lush than it has been in years, simply because we've gotten a normal amount of rain.

Hi Jam,
We did get less rain last winter and the winter before, so we are headed for water rationing -- for sure next year...
But those hills always dry out this much every year -- they stay greener a little longer when we've had a really wet season...
