Late in the afternoon at Rodeo Lagoon. Contrasts increase to stark whites while blacks become vacant.

Okay, I'm not entirely ready to give up on this scene. I think I like this version just a little bit better. A colorful sunset would have been nice too, but that just wasn't happening on Thursday.

Some people are experts in knowing how to go to the beach. Don't forget the dog, hoodie, and camera.

Bring along your significant other, if that tickles your fancy.

Bring your board and wetsuit. But a warning here -- that water is exceptionally cold -- way too cold for wimpy guys like me, even in a wetsuit.
Think these surfers are talking about waves and their rides? No, I think they're talking about how damn cold the water is. Brrrrrrr...

Love this set, especially the surfers
HI ELNORA -- Thanks... My pleasure just being there...
The beach looks great in the pictures. You took pictures that highlight the best thing to do at Rodeo Beach.
You have different scenery to pick for your subject when you're at the beach.
Love the first two photos. The beach looks mysterious.
The water on the beach has different current. The first picture has a calm water while there are portions that has big waves.
