Mount Tamalpais has way too many canyons and gulleys to count, much less to name; so I'm afraid this creek -- which I call Occasional Creek -- doesn't really have a name.
Occasional Creek feeds into Lilly Lake, and I'm not exactly sure if Lilly Lake has an official name either.
