the fog rolling in towards the shore and the 3 gulls make a terrific composition. I really need to go on a photoshoot soon.
Being by the ocean, or even in just open places, always makes my blood pressure ease down, and I take a few deep breaths and I can feel myself relax.
I've taken a few photos over the years that can give me this feeling when I view them, because I relive being there.
Both of these photos do this for me. They're the type of timeless, simple beauty that gives a measure of peace to the viewer.
I don't mean to get all mushy there, but this is what makes photography wonderful to me, to change an emotion, hopefully for the better. If that makes any sense.
