That's our beloved Mt. Tamalpais shrouded in our equally beloved fog.
So why do we love our fog so much? Because it provides natural air-conditioning.

It DOES look like a dragon. I never thought about it like that. It's just pretty. I don't like being IN fog, but I love to see it, and your captures of it always amaze me.
When the fog is like this in SF you know its HOT in the valley. Right now at 2PM Sunday its 107 at our house. Great inside. We have a cement tile roof and delicious AC. Perfect Sunday and the newspaper.
