Occasionally the voting/poll system surprises me--I don't know if this image really deserved 8 "A"'s and 1 "B", but I'll take it as a general consensus that the photo is a success. Thank you kindly for your input. And yes, I'll be back out at the lake soon to see if I can expand on the spider-web/landscape concept.

The duckies will most likely be there when I return.

And these old houses probably aren't going anywhere soon. Bad drivers keep trying to crash into the front porch of the house on the right. It's a small town but navigating through requires negotiating two 90 degree turns. Most cars make the turns just fine.

You see, the reason for the turns is to go around the baseball field located smack-dab in the middle of town. The field takes up a good percentage of this town's central area. It's just the way it is...

There is suppose to be a open window of opportunity with the rain today and I am planning on going out looking for water laden spider webs as you have here. Can't recall if I voted on that one or not. If so, I am probably the "B". Sorry for ruining a perfect score for you.

Hi TROY -- great hearing from you.
and
Thanks, SINBAD's DAD -- hey, I'll take a "B" with a smile. I'll even take a kick in the pants, if deemed appropriate.

I'm a sucker for water drips on spider webs. Good stuff Don. Love your quaint homes in the town too.
