Great shots. Not the usual compositions, especially the first one. There is a lot of power in Rodin's art.

That flower is AMAZING.....

I am so glad I am back...I have told people that I was gone because of moving but really I had run out of wonderful adjectives to describe your photos! Hehehe.

Have a great week!

Thanks Photowannabe Sue, Bluemountainmama, and Anna...

Had to laugh at your comment, Anna -- no, I don't always expect people to make comments... When I do get comments my ego just gets out of control, so hopefully none of this stuff will go-to-my-head...

And Bluemountainmama -- that is one of about a dozen castings of The Thinker... It's located at the entrance to the Legion of Honor, way out by the Cliff House in San Francisco... The statue was a gift from Anna Bretteville Crocker, wife of the wealthy sugar baron in the early 1900's... Mrs. Crocker not only donated the statue, but many others, including plaster originals and models... And heck, Mrs. Crocker didn't stop there -- she also paid for the museum itself...
