Yellow lichen that looks like spilled centerline paint covers several rocks on Azalea Hill.

Just by moving a bit closer I got another angle. The rock remained motionless and cooperative.

"spilled centerline paint"...I like that. I wonder if I could go into the paint department at Home Depot and ask for Centerline Yellow and not get a weird look in response?
Such a nice cooperative model- knows when it is being photographed by a great master.
I almost expect some ancient mythical being to descent to the earth via that opening in the cloud cover. Magnificent.
