It was such a nice day that I ran into a plein-aire painter. He was starting a masterpiece in the vicinity of the lighthouse. I always get a kick out of seeing painters create--I worked in a retail art supply store for 15 years.

There are so many "poetic" trees there Don.
That's what my Hubby and I call these artsy weathered branches.
