Like a truck driver parked in front of a popular cafe, when you see an Egret you have probably found a very nice spot.

Innocently soaring? --Or maybe on it's way over to the trees at Coit Tower to see about picking-off a breakfast of wild Parrot.

I'm imagining that the venrable old Sunrise has seen a lot of of them.

More great ones.

Miss all the days that I can not stop by and see your pictures.

A magical time of morning. So sorry my eyes don't see it more often. Love the rose colored hues.

I think you're right about the hawk. They do love their little parrots for a snack. You should hear the noise these parrots make whenever they know a hawk is coming!

Great shots, especially the beach ones. My beach shots are always lame, the colors never stand out like yours, not even a little bit.

Excellent post. The first capture takes my breath away. It makes it look completely worth it to get up early enough to go somewhere to watch the sunrise. On Sunday, no less. (That is the only day that I might get a glimmer of sleeping in.)
