Yeah, without a doubt, that's San Francisco, over yonder...

Still some wide open spaces around the Golden Gate...

I shot this a couple months ago from the isolated and windy perch up by the radar antenna. You can't see it in this shot, but off to the left is a sweeping view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

And I also shot this a few months ago... This is usually what it looks like in the afternoon on what they call the scenic route to Point Bonita Lighthouse...

More great photos. What a wealth of them you have.
I think one of the resons is that you obviously love San Francisco.
That last photo--what a view! How lovely it would be to just sit there and look.
Pretty photos, and timely for me, as I spent several hours photographing & birdwatching yesterday at the Marin Headlands batteries & Rodeo Lagoon.
I never tire of the drive (or bicycle ride) down from Hawk Hill to Point Bonita - it's totally thrilling!
That last photo is awesome! Nice light and nice catch...
Breath-taking views. I think you should make a coffee table book of these scenes. I would buy it!
Great shots - I just love those big freighters. We get them here on Erie, too. They look amazing at night.
HI SI -- Yep, I've got photos coming out my ears...
HI LOUISE -- Yep, I often just sit and look -- it's a grand view, from ear to ear...
HI ADAM -- Yep, that's quite a hill...
HI BRAD -- Geeezzz, people seem to like that last photo -- it sure is an easy catch... I like shooting tug boats that hang out in that cove waiting for their next job...
HI PH.WANNA.SUE -- Yep, one of these days... They have what's called high-quality "on demand" printing these days which makes it all possible for the non-famous...
HI DEBORAH -- Yep, watching freighters is time well spent... It's amazing how fast they really do travel... And how many of them there are...
Last photograph is magical. Can't explain it. Not that I don't like the others, especially the tree carrying the City of San Francisco in its arms.
Very nice photos dear Donald but the last one is FANTASTIC!!!
