I am going to see if I can purchase some Kites for my grandsons.
I think that they will make good Christmas gifts.
All little boys like flying Kites and I am sure my son and my husband will enjoy teaching them to fly a Kite.

I was admiring this shot yesterday - seems to have a mind of its own.
Hahaha!! You know I haven't flown one of these things in more years than I care to remember and from what I remember, it's not always easy when the wind wants to do what it wants to do! ;) Good idea, though.

I love those acrobat kites that are flown on Ocean Beach.

When I was younger one of the neighborhood boys would ask my father what he is up and my father would say "I'm going to fly a kite"

There is a kite contest here this weekend..It does look like such fun and I love your post above although I do hate to see frogs in jars..
