yum, yum, Chinatown

Usually I behave myself in Chinatown, but I know when I'm getting a little too close when the shopkeepers start giving me the evil eye.

Well, I think that'll be plenty of buns for me -- hope they made some for you...

No two ways about it -- these two chickens are dead, really dead...

The cure for what ails you, whatever it might be -- they've probably got it.

Yum, yum is right...until I got to the hanging chickens and cold fish eyes. Love that steamy portrait.

I don't blame you for taking the "forbidden" photos. Chinatown has so many curious and fascinating things to photograph.
Those chickens are really dead....don't think I want them in my soup.

HI MINDY -- Well, good thing I spared you photos of the "pork delivery truck" -- that would really turn your stomach (see the Chinatown Food Video in my sidebar if you're up to it)...

AND YES, PHOTOWANNABE, Those chickens really DO look several hours "past" dead, don't they...

I'm wondering why you behave yourself in Chinatown. And I want some of those buns! (I don't even like buns that much, but those look divine.) Dead chicken and dead fish. Looking forward to tomorrow's lovely water!

Once again, I'm in awe of your skill, courage and stealth.

Beautiful.

... and you know, I prefer my chickens dead. And headless.
