Oh shoot... I tried my best but the dome is out of focus and there are wires in the way. But no problem -- I'll just call it art and see if anybody buys the notion...

Especially like the top shot. If I didn't know it was City Hall I would believe it was a palace in a far away place, the focus makes it quite ethereal.
I have a whole collection of this kind of pics I was going to post, as "tragic moments when you forget to change the settings on your camera..lol Art it is..
The dome is out of focus? Looks fine to me ;)
I took the same picture last time I was in town. At first I hated the wires but decided it definitely gave it an arty feel.
So, I call this art too.
art has so many different ways to express. wonderful composition
I like the second one more because it has more wires, it doesn´t matter with the focus.
